Mississippi's poor are particularly vulnerable to disasters like Katrina, not by accident but by "intelligent design." Medicaid cuts and other welfare "reforms" are a big part of that design. |

Yes, the corporate media actually mentioned the demonstration in DC which drew more than 100,000 protesters.......it's true. Their reports were generally about 15 seconds in length, and mentioned nothing about the impassioned call for impeachment by former US Attorney General Ramsey Clark or any of the other speakers at the Rally. |

Washington hasn't the faintest idea about the kind of adversary it faces.. If Iran makes the Euro the oil trade currency, a greater flight from the dollar to the Euro and a catastrophe for the US will occur. The dollar will be weakened and imports more expensive. |
