âThe fact is that worker centers are one of the most vibrant parts of the labor movement today, even though they have largely not had a connection to âorganized labor,â â the A.F.L.-C.I.O.âs president, John J. Sweeney, said at a news conference in Chicago, where the federationâs executive council was meeting.
Under the partnership, worker centers will be able to have nonvoting representatives on the boards of central labor councils in cities throughout the nation. The day laborers will not pay union dues or become union members. |

Now need of the hour is that the countries like America that are helping Israel with arms & ammunition must see that where Israel is using them & if it wasnât an act of terrorism? The world will have to think if it wasnât a birth of the âJew terrorismâ? If it is so it may be good news for the producers of arms & ammunation but it will prove a great danger for the world peace. |

I wonder how many people realize that the Democratic Party of Illinois actually changed state law to allow Bush onto the ballot here in Illinois in 2004.
The republicans were so excited about holding their national nominating convention in New York, in the month of September, that they missed the filing deadline here in Illinois. Bush could not have legally appeared on the Illinois ballot had the Democratic Leadership not bent over backwards to help the Republicans. Here are some sources: |
