Editor's Note: Interesting that the WTO is crumbling internally as they complain ever more loudly about the protesters who demand inclusion of the needs of the environment, working class and poor people into the forming structure of globalization. If the talks in Doha, Qatar fail, it may be hard for the WTO to blame protesters for the failure. Since Qatar is a tiny kingdom with absolutely no democratic tradition and a restrictive immigration policy, it is likely that there will be no more than a symbolic handful of opposition in Qatar during the WTO Conference.
