Announcing the first meeting for a new "interest group" for doing video at the Urbana-Champaign IMC. The meeting is planned for 1:00 PM Saturday Aug. 18 at the IMC, 218 W. Main St., Downtown Urbana.
The direction of this video interest group will depend on the people who participate. Some possible projects and ideas are:
-sharing knowledge and techniques for shooting, editing and producing video
-organizing workshops for learning video production
-short news coverage
-Urbana public access TV
-documentary
-arranging screenings & video/film festivals
This group--like all groups at the IMC--is open to the public. Everyone is invited! |
