The Centers for Disease Control has proposed reduced environmental exposure limits for VX nerve gas. Some 1,700 tons of VX nerve gas is stored at the Newport Army Ammunition Depot, approximately 50 miles east of Urbana, IL, where it is awaiting disposal. |

Another way to look at the "over my dead body" quote is that anyone who wants to rescind the tax cut could be construed as threatening the life of the president. Setting the Secret Service on dissenters would be a heck of a way to deal with political opposition to the president's give-it-all-away-to-the-rich agenda. Scheer has a different and only slightly less sinister take on the remark. |
