Although this story is about Canada, with it’s somewhat different set of constitutional guarantees and rights, the close cooperation of the RCMP with the FBI means that there is effectively little protection against the endless compiling of lists of "persons of interest", as they are euphemistically labeled. It is know that the FBI has coordinated closely with foreign police agencies in conducting surveillance and tracking during actions in Quebec, Gothenburg, and Genoa. ML |

Jose is a graduate of the University of Illinois and was active in support of Puerto Rico and Central America in his time on campus.
