A new generation of fighters -including ISO? |

It's true that a new generation of militant fighters are emerging in the struggle against global capitalism. However, you won't find them lining up behind the shrill, purile sectarians of the ISO, during their Socialist Summer School extravaganza. You will however be subjected to cult recruiting techniques that rival the Moonies on a good day. Despite the fact that ISO has a thinly disguised contempt for the politics of most of the non ISO speakers that are presenting at the School (and will privately trash them to their own membership after each session), the diverse presentation of speakers serves a useful organizational purpose..as bait for the broader progressive movement. Do yourself a favor, save your 75 bucks or donate it to any of a myriad of community groups, organizations and collectives actually engaged in building this movement. And enjoy your weekend
