Remaining vigilantly public we have to build more public support like has been given to us by KPFA over the last couple of days. It is very likely that the feds will steal our equipment again. And if so happens we shall start up again and again. The judge that issued the warrant is a Bush appointee and ourlawyer, Peter Frank, from the lawyer's guild has advised us that we have very little chance in court, despite the absurdity.

Earlier this week another micro-watt radio station was also closed in Texas and we believe that this maybe a trend that will spread in other parts of the country. Members of San Francisco Liberation Radion were at the meeting last night with great concerns of their own while giving us much needed support.
