Franco-German alternative with assistance of Russia, China and several European countries
A German Government spokesman has told that Germany and France are preparing a new initiative to prevent war.
He was not allowed to give more details but the comments followed an article in 'Der Spiegel' news magazine which reported a new bilateral plan.
It said the plan envisaged:
* Deploying thousands of UN regulars to Iraq
to support beefed-up weapons searches
* Declaring the whole of Iraq a no-fly zone
* Monitoring of the no-fly zone by french Mirage IV
supervisory-aircrafts, german scouting-drones
Luna X-2000 and United States U2
* Tightening sanctions on exports to Iraq
As a result of this plan without killing any peolpe the Iraq would be de facto a protectorate of the United Nations Organization with the factual control of Iraq by blue helmets for several years to ensure the disarming of Iraq by an robust UN disarmament regime. An central continuous coordination surveillance in Iraq maybe by order of Hans Blix would supervise the inspections.
In the meantime Bush and Blair are working on an alibi-resolution to get free hands by Security Council to invade the Iraq.

It's an established fact that the UNO has found and effectively destroyed more weapons in Iraq between 1991 and 1998 than Daddy Bush at the glorious Gulf war. It's a fact that the UN is able to demobilize the Iraq without killing any people with 20,000 UN-regulars and by monitoring whole of Iraq as no-fly zone as the traitors Germay and France will suggest now.
But it is a fact that we never will allow it because then not we are sitting at source but China, Russia and Europe and this is exactly what we perpetually still want to avert by all means.
Therefor we have to wage this war inescapably. We will massacre them, we will commit genocide, we will erase the law of nations and if it is necessary we will deploy poison-gas and nukes. And if there are hundreds of thousands we kill they are always just foreigners.
We are not mass murderer, we are the sword of God!
