Any critter can understand my applied logic. We make an armed raid on a country and we deploy weapons of mass destruction to avert the deployment of weapons of mass destruction against our total superiority. This we call 'nuclear pre-emptive attack' a limited deployment of nuclear wapons. Let us drop them.
