Greetings everyone,
As part of the festivities that will be had in
Madison, WI June 13-18 when the US Conference of
Mayors comes to town, Creative People's Resistance is
putting together a Midwest Radical Networking Session
on Sunday June 16.
It is our hope that by continuing the development of a
Midwestern Radical Network, we can bridge the
struggles in our own cities together, finding common
ground in the common struggle against systems of
oppression.
We call on all Midwestern radicals to attend. Also,
we encourage people outside of Madison to get
involved. We need your ideas, input, time and energy
to make this succeed. Given the immense amount of
time it is taking to put together the mobilization,
the more folks willing to help us with the networking
session, the better. We are also seeking a couple of
folks who might be willing to facillitate the session.

"Resist the mayors"? If the mayor of Kenosha is oppressing then I hope you're oppressed, and I'm glad that you're oppressed. Seriosly. At least find someone a little more scary to blame for your shortcomings. |
