Two tanks and a bulldozer (used for house demolitions) are standing for several hours now close to the outdoor wall of a building in Beit-Lechem, Palestine, Which contains the offices of IMC Palestine, the Beit-Lechem independent T.V station and the AIC (alternative information center). |
Two tanks and a bulldozer (used for house demolitions) are standing for several hours now close to the outdoor wall of a building in Beit-Lechem, Palestine, Which contains the offices of IMC Palestine, the Beit-Lechem independent T.V station and the AIC (alternative information center).
IMC Palestine reports that there was some strong knocking on the doors, but that the Israeli forces didn't contact them, nor did they explain what they are doing there. This is the latest below, which was just posted on Palestine IMC and denies any problems. I'm not quite sure what to make of either the original reports or the follow-ups at this point. The previous posts on the Palestine IMC Newswire that were quoted above have been hidden. Obviously, this remains fast-moving Indymedia News action, so watch for further developments. ML
