David Rovics played to a crowd of 30 at the Urbana, IL Independent Media Center on Tuesday night, the eve of a University of Illinois board of trustees meeting at which the Graduate Employees Organization, anti-"chief" activists, and supporters of domestic partner benefits for UI staff and students will all speak out. Rovics played two encores to an appreciative crowd and will be present at tomorrow's events. |

Sounds like David will be playing to the masses during the GEO rally calling for negotiations with the UI Board of Trustees, who will be meeting in the Illini Union on Wednesday.
The rally begins at 10am at the Union.
Don't miss the rally if you missed his show at the IMC. David puts on a great show of music from a radical heart and mind.
