On this program Sandra Ahten interviews Jeannie Striegel about her work in a no kill animal shelter and at the humane society in general.
The G8 are holding a summit in Perthshire, Scottland a the Gleneagles Hotel from July 6-8, 2005. Activists converged in Glasgow on the 23rd of April to prepare to make their voices heard by the G8 and the oppressive business policies they represent. This series of talks was titled "Voices from Africa" and it was a conference at Caledonian University, Glasgow.

Apparently the IMC Radio News guy doesn't even know what month it is. The G8 summit is in july and right in the headlines he said that it was this weekend.
Good thing I didn't get my plane tickets yet cause I'm just that rich. I hope there are some protests in UC. |
