Wolfowitz (a Jew) is operating ONLY on orders of Mr. Rumsfeld (the USA Defense Secretary), who, in his turn, should operate only on the orders of the USA Chief Executive.
Maybe this chain can be continued further up, but I have no factual knowledge of it, and don't want to speculate. Only the USA Chief Executive can possess such knowledge. |
