About Education, Inventions, Trolls, Spam, etc... |

I was asked by my Wife and I’ve decided to publish on IMC web some pieces of her correspondence with one of this web’s users. The reasons for that, starting with the most important one, are following:
1. My Wife is very concerned with the future of the public education (free education). She has sacrificed to it a lot, and doesn’t want it to be for nothing;
2. I want to illustrate again how difficult it is to achieve THE TRUTH, which I am pursuing;
3. I am grateful to IMC (especially to the people, who were helping with my publication), and want to help them to fight frivolous reactions of so named trolls. I apologize for a bit of my Wife’s bitterness. There was an essential reason for this bitterness, and her intentions were and are the best.

By my previous e-mail I've informed you that I consider your e-mails to be an example of false pretenses, the harassment, and the spam. By this e-mail I am informing you that I and/or my husband are going to post the entire string of our communication on IMC web to prevent the web and web users from such trolls and spam producers as you. You have two days to avoid it. In order to avoid you need to submit your valid addresses in Urbana and in Sunnyvale, and also provide all details of your communication when "you were checking into story of my husband". I mean names of people you communicated, sources where you got your information from, etc.. You seems to be even worse case that I expected. Wayne D. Pickette brought his WORKING schematic of microprocessor to Intel in January of 1970. Just a short while after that his immediate boss -Ted Hoff convinced Busicom to have microprocessor instead of a calculator in their mutual project. When Busicom is summer of 1971 went bankrupt, the entire Intel marketing department , including all other pertinent managers(Ted Hoff also) wanted to "kill" all parts of this project, and Wayne D. Pickette, who was invited for this decisive meeting, though he was the only one not department head there, protested actively, and took this device to Las Vegas Comtex to show it to the world, risking his job with only slight support of Dr. Noyce AGAINST the decision of the entire middle management stuff (all 'Nays' except of Wayne D. Pickette's). During Las Vegas presentation, performed by Wayne D. Pickette -solo (check all books about the history of microprocessors), all watching engineers got very excited and, since that moment on, microprocessors became a value. Remember, that if it wasn't to Wayne D. Pickette, this part of Intel-Busicom project would have been killed together with all other parts of it.
So, what to the hell all this mumbling about " value" and "conspiracy from your sending mean? With whom did you "check" this story? What to the hell do you know AT ALL about it?
Who was as naive as I was to believe that you has ANY valuable connection and to WASTE his/her time on you, ah?
And who gave you rights to talk to me and to my husband the way you do? You are, as it seems by your e-mails with all false crap in them, nothing but the lying pretender, who has nothing else, pertinent to the issues, but his arrogance and imprudence, and you are telling my husband - the genius inventor, who has been the hardest and the highly creative worker through his entire life, "Get a job!"! Or you are telling me, to whom you have been lying through your teeth, as, other way, I would not have wasted my valuable time on such nothing as you, "Get a job!" !
If you are going to continue to send me your stupid and illiterate spam, I would file charges against you and force you to pay the penalty for e-mail spam. Check Illinois law about that, if you can understand any legal papers, which I doubt. AND GET LOST !!

Currently, the public education is rapidly transforming into the education to eliminate the basic illiteracy, which means that soon this country would provide only ELEMENTARY FREE education. Everything higher would be not FREE. Federal Government needs money for its wars, as we all know.
So, I personally have been trying to attract attention to it since 1997, even back in Chicago. Your IMC "progressives", when I asked them for help with the cause more than an year ago, ridiculed me immediately, and have been mistreating me terribly, which each attentive reader of IMC web can notice. Suicidal? No doubt of it! The problem was, however, that, if helped, I, personally, might have become financially better to do than those whom I asked for help. So, who are suicidal nuts in your community, ah? I am sure that the answer is clear.
SO, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR NUTS, LOOK FIRST AT THE MIRROR !!!

My suggestion that you quit giving unsolicited legal advises, as you are not good in it !
I also suggest that next time when you decide to teach someone what legal rights these individuals are and are not in possession, you would first at least find out what situation you are dealing with, instead of the using the different one than your real personality on, probably, false pretenses. Once again, I don't think that you have any connection among Intel people of that days, or that they are honest with you, other way, you would have known that my husband was THE EXCEPTION, whom Dr. Noyce allowed not to sign Intel's patent agreement.

Unfortunately, my inquiries into the history of Intel's development of the microprocessor does not conform to your husband's claims that he was responsible for this innovation. Intel is like many other large technology companies, and people work in teams to produce new products. Regardless of who is on the team, however, the reality is that companies own the products developed by their employees. Individual employees do not have the legal right to own patents created inside the company, nor do they have any legal right to income from licensing or selling these patents. If someone wants to own and profit from his/her patents, that person needs to start their own company.
I think at this point you and your husband should stop blaming other people for your problems and move on to a more productive approach to earning a living.

I could also not help but notice that many of the readers of the site spoke very rudely about your concerns. I cannot understand why that is so, but I do admire the way you stood up to their biased viewpoints. Congratulations on being firm in your convictions!
My interest is in determining the true facts behind this potentially amazing story. I have many contacts inside Intel and throughout the semiconductor industry, and I would have many people I could speak with to confirm the facts set forth. If so, I would try to work with other connections I have in the tech industry print and electronic media to spread the story -- I trust you will agree that MANY people would find this very interesting and informative.

Just for the record, "Rolando Cruz" is another one of Jack Ryan's many fake names. I would completely ignore anything from him and any claims he makes as without truth. He makes it up as he goes along. Thanks for bringing out his continuing abuse, Wayne.
If you have any further problems with him, I would contact Yahoo about his fraudulent use of his Yahoo account. |

I and my Wife are truly surprised that nobody commented on such important topic as the fast increasing decline of the secondary free education. What should it take to understand that it is time to take the firm stand against government policies to eliminate social achievements of two previous centuries, among which Social Security and Free Education ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT?
If even in Urbana, where populists are getting local victories, these topics are not important, then when and where? After all these social achievements are lost ?! Somewhere in outer space?! |
