On Wednesday, February 2nd the Progressive Resource/Action Cooperative (PRC) will be holding its spring semester Intro Meeting. The PRC is a multi-issue multi-tactical activist organization that has recently worked on anti-“Chief” and anti-war activities on the U of I campus. The “Chief Illiniwek” issue continues to be crucial as the U of I Board works towards their supposed Consensus Conclusion. And at the same time, the anti-war movement continues to swell as Bush starts his second term with much uncertainty about the U.S.’s War on Terrorism. Come to the PRC Intro Meeting to learn more about these issues and how you can become an activist! The PRC Intro Meeting is Wednesday, February 2nd at 7:30pm at the Illinois Disciples Foundation, located at the NW corner of Springfield and Wright in Champaign.
