My name is W. B. Copeland and I have a work of fiction that has just been published and is now in the major book stores in your area. It's only 60 pages and I assure you that you will not be able to put it down until you finish it and I will stake my reputation on it. |
For 5 years no publisher wanted to publish his manuscript because they felt it was too controversial, and very few literary agents wanted to represent it. But a courageous publishing company came knocking about 6 months ago and, in spite of the controversial and racially sensitive subject matter, was very eager to take on this project and is expecting this work to force every reader to take a long look at themselves and how we each view and treat one another.
This author’s story may expose the ultimate fear in all who read it. Eyes will be opened to a controversial topic that is consciously discussed only within families and among intimate and trusted friends. The reader will travel to a small resort town and uncover its many evils and horrors that will shock and appall. There is an elite and powerful group of well-connected and hand-picked people associated with this town who are playing murderous games with other peoples lives. Because of these inhumane acts of violence and conspiracies by this small group, this town is mysteriously propelled to a place that is completely isolated from the rest of this world. Here they are exposed to a horror that will shock and amaze and perhaps change lives forever.
DORRANCE PUBLISHING CO. INC. writes: “My Father’s Way” offers a creative work of fiction that interweaves elements of suspense and human drama into a descriptive narrative.
Centered around a group of vicious racists, the drama unfolds as this group prepares to hunt an unsuspecting black man. An evocative sequence of events ensues as the racists’ crimes are challenged by a powerful and enigmatic man who has come to stop their brutality. Pathos, ironic plot twists, and crisp descriptions merge to relay a taut and thought-provoking tale that explores the futility of racism and irrational hatred between human beings.
This intriguing saga is offset by colloquial dialogue, realistic settings. Provocative themes, and multidimensional characterizations.
