The dissenters will be sent to those kind of camps, and the rest will be forcefully inoculated or micro-chipped; while the wealthier individuals perhaps will be able to buy their way out and buy the high demand inoculations for the specific flu strain at exorbitant prices. Perhaps the threat of a staged release of radiation will also be used in larger communities. FEMA is training CERT volunteers for such purposes right now, right before the election - then they will use them right when they are the most sold into the deceptive plan and 'pumped-up' about their recent training. The release of a pandemic plague serves the interest of the rich and powerful in many ways.
