anyone know why the St. Louis IMC site is down? Always seems to happen when there's something "big" going on there...is it a coincidence? |

Well, the main indymedia site said that due to the FBI seizing their hard drives, some of the IMC local sites were offline. Maybe this is the case for St. Louis? |

St. Louis indymedia is served locally. The software they use is an earlier version of the stuff that was used in seattle, I think. I don't want to draw any conclusions either, because, from what I heard, the server was having some problems before, but I think it's interesting that it went down when it did and so suddenly |

It's back up. They had a server problem (something they've had before) but it's fixed now. From what I saw, it went down at the peak of the rally.
No one there is thinking the recent raids had something to do with their server, but (in my opinion) it does seem fishy. Remember last May and the mass arrests?

my daughter attended the protest and I know many pictures were taken of her. she is nine, had a blue bandana around her neck. Her grandfather is a decorated 'nam vet doing time on a mim and would like a pic. any help? |
