My daughter was killed in 1997 in a RR crossing accident. The RR in this case was CSX, but because of the research we did in preparation for a trial against CSX, I can vouch for everything Peggy Shrum says. These RR's are endangering the public's and their employees lives everyday while lining their pockets. CSX reported a net profit of $494 million in 2002. That was UP from $293 million the year before. As Peggy says, it's not going to safety. |
