Hundreds of community members gathered in West Side Park this evening to protest the war. |
|
Hundreds of people gathered in West Side Park in Champaign this evening for a 4-hour protest event. Activities included street-lining demonstrations, marches through the streets of downtown Champaign, and a candlelight vigil. This was the second of two major demonstrations in Champaign-Urbana.
