Israel's Proxy War |
The war in Iraq is an Israeli proxy war designed to protect Israel from the requirements of the Oslo Accords which set a timetable for resolving the outstanding issues in the conflict.
Because the Israeli leader, Ariel Sharon, has no intention of ever making peace with the Palestinian Arab population, and because he is dedicated to obstructing any comprehensive settlement proposed by others, his policy of terroristic aggression and violent intimidation of the Arab population is his only policy.
Provoking and agitating Bush to attack Iraq fit in well with Sharon's brutal mentality and served Israel's cause at the expense of American lives.
Sharon doesn't care how many Americans die in Iraq as long as their deaths are useful to his plan of destroying the peace talks and expanding Israeli settlements in the West Bank.
Bush has fallen under the influence of a dispicable racist warmonger, butcher, and vile despot named Ariel Sharon. |

I don't agree with the writer when he implies that the Likud cabal was solely responsible for inciting and provoking Bush to attack Iraq. The responsibility rests squarely on the Bush regime. But, it isn't incorrect to point out that the Iraq war was welcomed in certain quarters in Israel.
Also, why was this piece hidden? |

The article was hidden because of Hippie Joe's history of overt antisemitism.
