WILL has been an interesting TV station. Now in their last programs they are trying to accuse Internet development in shifting jobs from USA(not the decline of education and a lot of other reasons inside of the country).
They are even trying to accuse California-the state, which provides the highest requirements in the nation to secondary school teachers' certification in the decline of quality of education, naming these highest requirements to certification, and mandatory certification, as the MAIN reasons for this decline. Dear creators of WILL programs, in order to teach well, one should know what he/she is teaching PERFECTLY, and it means, "NO problem to obtain certification". One can't teach WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE. And the teaching WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE is the main current reason of the decline of the quality of education or its extremely low level at the first place. |
