The leadership of the USA in space exploration after the collapse of the Soviet Union has brought the complete (maybe temporary) but pretty complete fiasco. There are all reasons to suspect that the leadership of the USA in independent ideological development(s) and their leadership are speedy directed to the same final achievement. So, why should be the USA or any located inside of the USA imc (in Midwest in particular) trusted with any symbols of ideological leadership? It is fully unreasonable! |
