As someone who has traveled south of the Rio Grande del Norte to know, the commenter above is obviously a fake as a person of Latin descent.
Even the most uneducated campesino from way back in the hills is not stupid enough to confuse North Americans with our stupid government. That is the type of behavior that redneck gringos engage in, but not authentic revolutionaries.
So it's most likely that this is just one more piece of double-talk from our occasional troll, Dan.
