Why wouldn't be the decrease in malpractice premiums, if caps are introduced by corresponding states' legislatures? It should be the AUTOMATICAL result, shouldn't it?
If this AUTOMATICAL result didn't happen, it meant that the entire activity of the corresponding insurance company should be observed and scrutinized, and, maybe, pressured to be changed with the help of courts of laws or whichever. What are you producing here , the smoke screen with the name "statistics data" or what? The politicians around are producing a lot of smoke screens on each and every topic with the help of so named "free media channels". It is what this article about? Or the author simply can't understand how and for what purposes to use statistical data, can he? There is the basic scientific approach how to utilize and to obtain statistics. I would strongly recommend the author and his opponents and supporters to become at least slightly familiar with the content of this approach, and only then to try to use statistical data.
Statistics is the very powerful tool, if data are really available and used properly, don't misuse it. |
