WTO Nov. 9-13
IMF/World Bank Nov. 17-18 |
The WTO meeting was purposefully scheduled in Qatar, an small-time US-sponsored despotic oil state.
They sure don't want any Seattle repeats, do they?
The IMF/WB meetings in Ottawa are a little closer, but are scheduled for the same week as the SOA protest in Georgia.
Coincidence? Probably not.
