As I was practically invited by 'adult for free press' to converse here, I would ask following: "Was this nurse from Carle clinic fired because she got "out of closet" due to the fact that her partner for many years was near her physical death, or she wanted to expand her insurance benefits on her partner, due to the same reason above?” I think that it was the second reason, as nobody is forbidden to visit and/or spend as long period of time as they need with their dying friends, without any necessity to admit that these friends are also lovers. So, I think that officially this nurse was accused in an attempt to violate state and federal laws, trying to expand her benefits on her dying partner, and in this situation no bill against discrimination can help to reinstate her at her job. Correct me, if I am wrong, but also explain me why else this nurse had such urgent necessity to get "out of closet", if it wasn't connected with the reasons I stated above. |
