I am very concern with these issues. You are trying to start visual art workshop, which, according to my understanding, should promote local visual art pieces. What would be your criteria? Whom are you considering to be trusted experts to pick up local art pieces for promotion or vice versa ? It not it better to show over TV ALL pieces of art which you are supposed to receive and let viewers to make their own evaluation? You can use this workshop, teaching the basic of visual art over TV free, which, I am sure, the majority of your beholders would prefer to your additional censorship - the power to promote and dismount different pieces of local visual art on your own choice. Wouldn't it be better?
