... that's the name of a county project to identify local environmental concerns and strategies to deal with them. The panel has been working on this for a while and has come up with a detailed report. I have included a link to the report and to the News-Gazette coverage of the panel's work.
The panel appears to be an attempt to corrall diverse stakeholders, including farmers, environmentalists, and urban planners. According to the NG story, it not only stresses sustainable land use and resource conservation, but also mixed-use urban planning strategies to combat sprawl.
