We know that you on the left cheer each flag-draped symbolic coffin and wish that they were filled with the men and woman of our Armed Forces.
Your facts are a bit understated. The War on Terror has claimed over 4000 thousand lives. 1000 in combat and 3000 in the 9/11 attacks. This of course does not mention the attacks since the taking of our hostages in Iran: forward to present day.
The only way to end the suffering is to win.
