Dear William,
You said: "Their model is 1988, when Bush's daddy used the racist "Willie Horton" ads and "card-carrying member of the ACLU" to defenestrate Michael Dukakis, a decent and capable governor they turned into a national joke. "
It may interest you to know that issue was first brought forth by noneother, than Al Gore in the primary.
As for Kerry's medals, you must admit that his stories have more holes than his swiftboat ever had. Three Purple Hearts and not one night in the hospital? "Withering fire" and no one was hit? No Boat was hit in the engagement? If his story is true, how is it that we lost to such terrible shots?
How about his alleged visit to Cambodia on Christmas Eve, 1968? No one on his boat publically supports this memory that was "seared" into his memory.
And finally, he has worn a silver star with a "V" for valor that a Navy spokesman says has never been awarded. By never, I mean, in the history of the Navy. Certainly this is understandable if he was just trying to pick up a lady, however, this guy lists it on his resume.
If he is lying about this, what else might he be lying about?
