Dragon,
In this world there are no guarantees, except that I will be censored by the ucimc for simply displaying my views. Be that as it may, I believe that me, NRA4Freedom, bfd, and chuck have probably made this the hidden area the first place you guys visit. Be honest.
Anyway, I agree with your premise that we probably had plans in place to invade Afganistan prior to 9-11. With all the prior attacks by Osama and the boys that were not responded to by the wimby ass liberal Clinton regime, it was only prudent as they say.
Dragon, spare me your "sky is falling environmentalism" and your politically inspired science. You were probably one of the people who believed that we would be in Ice Age by now. The amazing thing about the environmental doomsayers is that they are given an audience at all, when they have been consistently wrong about virtually every prediction. I am not for wholesale drilling everywhere, but you advocates of no drilling or refinery capabilities have been in controll long enough. We have plenty of oil on our side of the world if you folks would simply let us bring it up.
You also accuse me of having a big SUV. I find this accusation to be grossly unfair as I have three of them. My company also has a plane. Not a jet though, yet. Also, I do not recycle. I miss being able to have my grass clippings bagged by my landscapers. It has become so bad, that the help actually has to rake after mowing.
As for your comment about Bush, I suspect that as the election gets closer, Americans will realize that they simply do want someone who is left of Ted Kennedy to be President. I think we are still in great shape despite the liberal media doing its best to get Kerry or anyone but Bush elected.
If I ever get down about the poles, all I have to do is to remember that Ralph Nader is running and he will drain away the support for Kerry in the key battleground states. Nader should probably win a medal or something.
In short, we control all branches of government now and we will probably be appointing two or three Supreme Court justices in the next term. Then what will liberals do when they do not have judicial activism to advance their agenda since they can't win a majority with their ideas?
Hey, have a nice weekend.
