MAYOR DALEY NEVER BELIEVES A PERSON SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, INCLUDING HIMSELF!
Speaking during an unrelated event Saturday, Mayor Richard Daley dismissed the notion that police presence was inadequate.
"It didn't have anything to do with police or anything like that," Daley said. "It has to do with people carrying guns in their car. ... You're not supposed to have a gun in your car."
