We blast off at 8 PM with a little info warm-up with the Shortwave Report, and within an hour veer into crazy covers, until we run out of steam. We'll probably wrap up with Maximum Rock N Roll radio 'round midnight or so -- an hour of underground punk rock from the infamous 'zine that's been bringing it to you for more than 20 years.
Reception at FM is pretty damn good all over the twin cities, but best in regions. A car or an antenna greatly improves , as does an amplified indoor FM antenna like you get at Radio for 20 clams.
We're using all watts -- 1/100 the power of the Planet, but 1000x groovier. |
