Didn't Blagojevich promise the same when he ran for governor the first time? Doesn't Topinka promise the same now? And doesn't Blagojevich repeat not the same now? It is a tradition. There is never any real connection between what politicians promise and what they really intent to do. The only way to check out is to see what they have done already, or to gamble , if they have no previous pertinent experience. |
