It is truly impossible to understand the story:
1. If judge allowed the testimony of three falsely accused by accuser men to testify why didn't the defense lawyer do it?
2. Patrick Thompson testimony wasn't necessary at all, AS HE ALREADY PLEAD 'NOT GUILTY!';
3. Why didn't defense lawyer invite this black girl-accuser's alleged friend to testify?
In short, I want to ask a question, " How much was the defense lawyer Mr. Welch paid in money, favors, etc.. to deliberately ruin his client? Was he, maybe, blackmailed or similar? It seems that his deliberate misrepresentation was the exact reason, which currently ruined Thompson case. Please, pay attention that I don't know whether Thomson was or wasn’t guilty, I simply evaluated his case, I saw the judge and his attitude, and it all together helped me to conclude that the case was mainly failed by the defense attorney. |
