Tim Johnson was elected to congress last time in November of 2004. He could be legally re-elected only in 2010 (or, maybe 2008, if representatives have shorter term than senators). So, how are you intending to substitute him legally in 2006(this November's election)? Amazingly, he and Gill were on the voting title in this primary (March of 2006). This place seems to be not ruled by American Constitution, isn't it?
Do constituents have legal rights to call back their representatives in the middle of their term, and what then should be the basis for such action? |
