I have no problem with a ban on smoking at outdoor locales, so long as the city also bans SUVs from driving past these places. Are we seriously saying that a cigarette has a more detrimental effect on West Side Park than the gaz-guzzling, nitrous oxide sulfur dioxide spewing soccer mom mobiles whizzing by every few seconds? |
