I , myself, had serious encounters with justice here, in Champaign-Urbana. Though case was a civil one, the way it was treated here, and the main content of it are showing that there is only corruption here up to the level of the complete nonsense, but, certainly, no justice. The lawyer of my opponent, Richard Klauss, and the federal judge David Bernthal ignored all laws, rules, and legal regulations. My case was dismissed, and Richard Klauss widely utilized verbal sexual assault in his legal papers, as there was COMPLETELY NOTHING else either in area of laws or in the content of this lawsuit he was able to utilize for the defense. I compound to the court about his obvious dirty insinuations in writing. But, nevertheless, the case was dismissed, and Richard Klaus became the presiding judge of Champaign County Circuit Court. Maybe, sexual assault of opponents and/or clients is the entrance ticket to become this court's judge, isn't it?
Or it is true for all nearby courts, isn't it? The justice here seems to be worse than in other places, where I had encounters with justice, and I am certainly no naive idealist or anything similar. |
