The warming we observe NOW began near ~15,000 years ago, and continues still, in the present with the Polar Regions simply reacting in turn, and last, in the warming sequence.
It is that this is happening NOW that is causing some their confusion.
The alterations to weather patterning are linked to the alterations to the surface material produced by the sprawl of Humanities habitate.
This is indicated by the small rise in surface median temperature seen. Realise that this rise is only indicative if the RESIDUAL kinetic energy not already conducted into the atmospheric gases or oceanic waters to be expressed as Turbulence.
