Is it time to reelect Attorney General every four years. Lisa Madigan was elected together with Blkogojevich in 2002. How come that Naomi Jacobson and Gill were again on democratic ballot when Jacobson was elected in 2004 general election as state senator and Gill lost to Tim Jackson(not sure about spelling). How come that both are running again only two years later?
Are these local democrats are not under USA constitution or what? |
