My question is connected with this 3/21 election and though it is not directly relevant to this article's topic, I would ask ANYONE, who has the answer, to post it here.
As a resident I was asked to vote in 2004 November election for Gill and Jacobson from Democratic party. This primary election both of them were again on the ballot. Gill was again challenging less than two years ago elected national congress representative, and Jacobson was running for different position than the one, she was elected for, in November of 2004. Is there ANY meaning of it, and how could this direct violation of the USA constitution (at least, according to its taught in high school text) be explained? |
