Watch (attentively) the movie Casche (hidden). It seems that in France they are finding the right solutions for this usual controversy between people who used to be low level, low paid workers in previous generation and those who were on the top. What I mean is the fact that this generation and following ones should not continue to carry this torch of hatred but should eliminate the differences by having the equal education and really equal opportunities and rights.
