It is the complete and full crap about English skills. I have passed a lot of corresponding tests at the first attempts and much better than a lot of people who were graduated from high schools here, in USA. This is the statistics I am in possession of. This low level place, however, pretends to be what it never was and never would be, and its inhabitants are doing it by attempts to offend or even simply to connect(with obvious intentions to steal, etc.)to those who happen to be of higher level (seriously higher). It is obviously not the way for any reasonable communication. Your parents seem to do not a good job bringing you up, whichever reasons they have had for it.
