Irwin Schiff recently had all sales of his book, "The Federal Mafia" suspended by an injunction from a district court in Las Vegas, NV. In addition, he has been forbidden by the injunction to give educational talks about the content of his book, which deals explicitly with the legality of the Federal Income Tax. |
He claims in his book that there is no law which forces you to pay your income tax. A copy of the injunction and his press release in response to it are available at http://www.paynoincometax.com He claims he is being censored because the government doesn't want you to know what is in his book. He currently is offering a $50,000 finder's fee to anyone who finds a law proving that paying the Federal Income Tax is required by law. |
