| Democrats opposed the bill (H Con Res 353) because it "raids the social security trust fund." I have questions: 1) are the graph categories accurate or meaningful? (e.g. The Elementary and Secondary Education Act only allocates about $27 billion for education this year, so where is the rest of the $79 billion for "Education and Job Training" going?) 2) Does this budget represent anybody's national priorities?
