Takeya Black, Urbana, IL., waves a peace sign to motorists near Prospect Ave. and I-74 while holding a sign with friend Mariam Sobh, also of Urbana. The two joined approximately 130 people to demonstrate against a possible war with Iraq along Champaign, Illinois’ busiest intersection. Demonstrators cheered and waved peace signs to sympathetic drivers who honked in support of no war with Iraq.
