Dear fellow countrymen I've made the budget from $ 200 Billion plus to § 300 minus. Economy is not my specific field. On fraud I know the ropes much better. In order to get reelected I must make a war to bring home an opulent swag otherwise I and my party cannot finalize these very nice things like Total Information Awareness, Total Police State and much more. Therefor I wage war because only 250,000 dirty foreigners have to pay with their lives far away from nice homeland.

Dear citizens of the world, dear Americans here we see again a new proof on which actual threats we are exposed to. Not the declaration of war by this north korean propaganda-poster is dangerous because any child knows that a frazzle of paper cannot be dangerous unless the paper is 20 years old. No - these mobile launching platforms with this dangerous empty rocket-pipes they will attack with it our nice homeland. Therefor we must bomb them in pieces.
But like one of our vassals the british defense minister Geoff Hoon has said analogously:
'In effect we don't need any proofs to attack other countries, we attack them quite simply as the case may be.'
